Integrity – During his eight years of service as a member of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board, Frank Gregoire took an oath of office and was charged with the responsibility of ensuring compliance with Florida law and applicable appraisal standards. As a Florida Certified Appraiser, Frank Gregoire is bound by the Ethics Rule of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Conduct. Most important, ethics and integrity were instilled in Frank Gregoire from birth by his father, mentor and advisor, Donald Gregoire.

In government or business, ethics and integrity are a full time job from which there can be no vacation.
