Competency – Frank Gregoire has over 30 years of appraisal experience in Pinellas County. He is Certified by the State of Florida as an appraiser and has appraised thousands of properties from Tarpon Springs to Tierra Verde. Frank Gregoire was appointed by the Governor of Florida to serve on the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board (twice) and was confirmed by the Florida Senate. The members of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board elected Frank Gregoire as Chairman of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board four times during his eight years of service.

Frank has earned Appraisal Designations from two Professional Associations which Sponsor the Appraisal Foundation; the organization recognized by the US Congress as the source of real and personal property Appraisal Standards and Appraiser Qualifications. Frank Gregoire has over 500 hours of Appraisal education, including over 75 hours of instruction covering the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

Since 1986, Frank Gregoire has been president of Gregoire & Gregoire, Inc., a Pinellas County based appraisal firm. In addition to managing the company, Frank Gregoire trained and supervised the staff of appraisers.

As Chairman of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board, Frank Gregoire was responsible for working with the Director of the Florida Division of Real Estate and his staff, maintaining contact and communication with the Secretary of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, establishing budget priorities, meeting management, and development and promotion of legislation to protect the public and ensure compliance with Federal standards.
